I am Dr. Javier Bernard, Medical Director at Xtend Optimal Health, with over 20 years of experience in Preventive Medicine, Anti-Aging Medicine, and Age Management Education.

I am a practicing physician who is committed to helping people achieve their best possible health. I believe that everyone has the potential for optimal health and it is my mission to help them achieve that goal.
