We do not offer financing or payment plans. We will listen to your concerns and, in some cases, may be able to provide alternatives.
DOES XTEND ACCEPT PRIVATE INSURANCE?
We do not accept private insurance. We would be happy to help you explore other payment options.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We accept changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before an appointment, at no charge. For last minute changes, a fee equal to 50% of the treatment or consultation will apply. For package treatments, the fee is deducted from your balance. For appointments scheduled for Monday, you must cancel by Saturday noon to avoid applicable fees.
